Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Clisicon Plaza dispatches and delivers pest-control Goods ordered through clisiconplaza.shop.

1. Service Area

We deliver within the territory of India only. We do not, at present, accept orders for delivery outside India.

2. Delivery Charges

Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above; a flat ₹49 applies below that. Any charge applicable to your Order is displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed on working days during our stated support hours. An Order is ordinarily prepared for dispatch within one (1) to two (2) working days of confirmation. Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday are processed on the following working day.

4. Delivery Timelines

Following dispatch, delivery is generally completed within three (3) to seven (7) working days, the precise period depending on the destination. Timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed against delay caused by the courier, weather or events beyond our control.

5. Handling of Pest-Control Goods

Sprays, aerosols and liquid preparations are packed to guard against leakage in transit. On receipt, please inspect the outer carton before accepting delivery and store the Goods away from children, food and heat as directed on the label.

6. Tracking

Where a tracking reference is available it is shared by electronic mail or message once the Order is dispatched.

7. Failed or Undeliverable Orders

If delivery cannot be completed on account of an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient or refusal to accept cash on delivery, the Order may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-despatch or a refund of any prepaid amount.
