Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the use of clisiconplaza.shop and the purchase of goods from Clisicon Plaza. By placing an order you signify that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety. They are to be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, Cancellation Policy and Payment Policy. These Terms are framed consistently with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
1. Definitions
“Goods” means the pest-control products offered for sale, including traps, glue boards, repellent sprays, ultrasonic and solar deterrents, sprayers and related accessories. “You” means the person placing an order. “Order” means a request to purchase Goods submitted through the store.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years of age and legally competent to contract. Certain Goods are intended for adult use and are sold on that footing.
3. Product Descriptions
We describe each item, including pack size, coverage and mode of action, with reasonable care. Photographs are illustrative and minor variation in colour or packaging may occur. Where a description contains a demonstrable error, we reserve the right to correct it and, if the correction is material, to allow you to confirm or cancel the affected Order.
4. Responsible Use and Product Safety
Pest-control Goods must be used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s label, instructions and any applicable law. You agree to keep all products away from children, food, foodstuffs and domestic animals; to ensure adequate ventilation when using sprays or aerosols; and to store and dispose of items responsibly. Any chemical preparation offered is sold subject to the framework of the Insecticides Act, 1968 and must be handled only by a competent adult. Clisicon Plaza supplies Goods for retail use and does not provide pest-control services, professional application or safety certification and accepts no liability for misuse or use contrary to the label.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Your Order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of the Goods. We may decline or limit any Order, including where stock is unavailable or where we suspect the transaction to be fraudulent.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are stated in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable charges save as expressly stated. Payment is accepted by Unified Payments Interface and by cash on delivery only. We do not accept payment cards or international wallets.
7. Shipping
We deliver within India only. Delivery charges and timelines are governed by our Shipping Policy.
8. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed respectively by our Cancellation Policy and our Refund and Returns Policy, which form part of these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the store, including text, product photography and layout, is the property of Clisicon Plaza or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability in respect of any Order shall not exceed the value of that Order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for loss arising from use of the Goods otherwise than in accordance with their labelled instructions.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the remedies available to a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
