Are ultrasonic and solar repellers safe to use around children and pets?
The ultrasonic and solar deterrent devices we supply are designed for domestic use and emit sound rather than chemicals. They should nonetheless be installed out of the reach of small children and used in accordance with the accompanying instructions.
Do you sell chemical pesticides?
Our catalogue centres on non-chemical devices such as traps, glue boards, sprayers and repellers. Where any chemical preparation is offered, it must be used strictly as directed on its label and kept away from food and living areas.
How should sticky traps and glue boards be handled?
Place traps along walls or in concealed areas away from children, food and pets and wash your hands after handling. Once used, seal the trap in a bag before disposal.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Unified Payments Interface (UPI) and Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment cards and international wallets are not accepted.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes. We dispatch to addresses throughout India. We do not currently ship outside the country.
May I return a product that did not resolve my pest problem?
Unused and unopened items may be returned within seven days of delivery. For hygiene and safety, opened traps, bait and unsealed sprays cannot be returned unless they were damaged or defective on arrival.
How should repellent sprays be stored?
Store sprays and aerosols upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and the reach of children and observe any expiry date printed on the container.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within one to two working days and delivered within three to seven working days thereafter, depending on the destination.
